We want to make it easy to reserve a rehearsal space when you need one, by offering one of Melbourne’s only online booking calendars and a pay on arrival option.
Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure those on our waiting list can get a spot if one opens up, and that we schedule the right number of staff and resources for the right times.
How to cancel a booking
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Call us on (03) 7036 6920 – if no answer, leave us a voicemail
- Send us a message on Facebook or Instagram
- Create an online account with us and cancel your booking
Because of the nature of our work, we are often away from the desk – but that’s ok: Emails and voicemails are time-stamped, so we can see when you contacted us and whether a cancellation fee might apply. It’s not necessary to speak with us for your cancellation to be valid: a single voicemail/email is ok!
If you create an online account when you book, you will be able to manage your own cancellations.
