Studio Coordinator Role Description

 

The primary goal of this role is to coordinate rehearsal studio bookings at Magnet Studios.

Key selection criteria

expressiong sound communication & leadership skills, warmly coordinating rehearsals at the studio.

Possessing ample technical knowledge of audio equipment (PAs & ‘Rock’ backline) to offer support to to studio users.

Appreciating a well rolled mic cable.

A Worldy approach to music and community life.

 

Skills required

Customer service

Basic POS terminal & computer operation

Intermediate knowledge of audio equipment

Able – bodied (at times you will need to move a drumkits)

Operation of our cloud-based digital booking system

other stuff

 

You will be:

Taking Payment for bookings (POS)

Placing & administrating studio bookings

Directing bands to their studios

Clearing and Cleaning rehearsal studios

Troubleshooting technical difficulties

Other exciting stuff that comes up along the way
